What a wonderful home. There was nothing lacking in this spacious home. It was immaculate, up-to-date in every way and one of the most comfortable houses I have ever rented. Access to the strip, shopping, freeways etc. was right at your fingertips. A vacationer could not ask for more. Wish we could have used the pool, but it was still a bit chilly. Maybe next time. We did, however, enjoy our coffee at the pool every morning and evening. Thank you Gina for a wonderful vacation.

I rented this property for a customer appreciation event on the last weekend in October 2011. This was my first experience renting a vacation home and I have to say that both my guests and myself were very pleased with everything. One guest commented "It looks like the owners just went away for the weekend and opened their home for us". The home was very spacious and incredibly decorated, just like the photos show. This beautiful home has everything you need. Thank you so much for the use of this property, we will certainly rent again.

Our recent stay in your Las Vegas home exceeded our expectations, and my expectations were high to begin with. We loved the fact that the home is in an upscale gated community with all of the ammenities Summerlin has to offer. The park across the street from the community offerred a very nice play area for the kids. We were also very pleased to have the nice grocery store around the corner, and Costco just minutes away. Not to mention all of the great restaurants close by. The house was absolutely perfect. We found it to be immaculate, very comfortably furnished as well as nicely decorated. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We prepared many meals for a large crowd, with ease. The pool, spa and patios were great. I especially loved the side courtyard. We loved the fact that we had the option of heating the pool. We had 4 generations gathered for a family reunion with the young and old alike as well as everyone in between and without a doubt I can say your home provided the perfect setting, truly offering the comforts of home to all! We were actually able to relax, visit and enjoy each other's company. It was a true vacation.

I have stayed at your Las Vegas property many times and my family will keep returning. The amenities and comfort is just like being at home. The pool is truly and OASIS! Being only 10 minutes from the strip, but yet, so far from all the Las Vegas commotion. You get to enjoy all the town has to offer. Thanks, we will be staying again!!!
